SMX is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide coordination, tracking, and documentation support. You will partner with Project Managers and the Practice Lead to ensure deadlines are met and processes are thoroughly documented.

This is a 100% remote role based in the United States. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in PMO or project coordination are required; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a related field.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Required Skills & Experience

The proposed salary for this position is:

$65,000—$108,000 USD
