American Electric Power (AEP) is seeking a Project Management Intern to support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work with experienced project managers on meaningful energy infrastructure projects and gain exposure to project controls and business operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree related to PM/Engineering/Business, have strong organizational and communication skills, and are eager to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business, finance, CS or IT.
• Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

• Assist project managers with planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Participate in team meetings and document action items and key decisions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and other project documentation.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing project data to support informed business decisions.
