Job summary

GOTAFE is seeking a detail-oriented intern to support Part Termination Notices (PTNs) processing and documentation in a team environment. You will help maintain records, review data for completeness, and coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to process improvements in PTN workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in supply chain, procurement, operations, or data management (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or database tools (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (preferred).
