Ladders is seeking a Project Management Implementations Manager to lead a client implementation project management team in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, delivering complex enterprise engagements with high quality and strong customer satisfaction.

You will shape the strategic direction of the implementation function, balance near‑term delivery with long‑term scalability, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to align priorities and strengthen the organization’s overall delivery model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 8 years in project delivery
• 2–3 years managing project managers
• Bachelor's degree in business or a project management-related field
• Proven ability to independently lead and manage a project management team
• Demonstrated strategic leadership skills connecting delivery to business strategy
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-level client implementations
• Strong people management experience, including performance and resource planning
• Proficiency in web-based project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira

For our client, we are seeking a Project Management Implementations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead a client implementation project management team responsible for delivering complex enterprise engagements with consistency, quality, and strong customer satisfaction. The position will shape the strategic direction of the implementation function while balancing near‑term delivery needs with long‑term scalability and predictability. You will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to align priorities, anticipate capability gaps, and strengthen the organization’s overall delivery model.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000+ annually
