About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Work directly with clients to prepare all project elements, including scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.
  • Lead the project delivery team with guidance and direction.
  • Create action plans, track progress, and report on status and variances.
  • Identify project threats and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Apply knowledge of standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
  • Lead by example, build consensus, and work towards CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years relevant experience; in lieu, experience and education considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM preferred.
  • Exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
  • Willingness to adopt new perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations.
What You’ll Need

Minimum salary: $75,000; maximum salary: $90,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
