Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a part-time Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support Business Strategy, Analytics, & Technology during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season. The role involves coordinating team meetings, creating project plans and timelines, tracking status, and reporting risks, with a flexible start after January 1, 2027, for 15-25 hours per week over up to 21 weeks.

Reports to: Sr. Project Manager

Position Summary:

The PMA will assist in projects and process improvement. They will coordinate team meetings and responsibilities during meetings. This position will also work with their manager to create project plans and timelines. They will track project status and report risks identified. Flexible timeline- Any time after January 1 st 2027, at 15-25 hours per week, for a max of 21 weeks.

Please note this position is allotted for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, which runs from February through April. However, there may be an opportunity for continued employment during the 2027–2028 season based on organizational needs and individual performance.
