FC Cincinnati is seeking an Academy Administration Associate to support the Academy Team Administrator and Player Care. Based in Milford, OH, you’ll work about 25 hours weekly, including travel with academy teams, blending office and field duties during the MLS Sprint Season (Feb–Apr 2027) with potential continuation based on needs and performance.

You’ll assist with daily academy administration, logistics for trips, transportation, and game-day prep.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional or collegiate sports environment preferred.
• Earned degree or enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Business or Sport Management
• Ability to work outside regular business hours including weekends and holidays as required by FCC Academy schedule.

Reports to: Academy Team Administrator

Job Summary:

The Academy Administration Associate will support the Academy Team Administrator in day-to-day needs with the FCC Academy and Player Care Department. This individual will have access to see how a sports organization works as a business entity, as well as build relationships with individuals at all levels across FC Cincinnati. This role will be primarily in Milford, Ohio at Mercy Health Training Center. The workdays will vary dependent upon the team schedule. Averaging 25 hours per week, including travel with academy teams, this role will have both office and on-field hours.

Please note this position is allotted for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, which runs from February through April. However, there may be an opportunity for continued employment during the 2027–2028 season based on organizational needs and individual performance.
