Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a Project Analyst to support construction projects for the Naval Reactor Facility. You will contribute to project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, oversee budgeting and cost control, and measure project performance.

Key duties include change and risk management, coordination across teams, and communication with stakeholders. You will develop procedures, manage SharePoint sites, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera.
• Experience managing financial information and budgets.
• Coursework or experience in project management and performance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with BI software (PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects at Naval Reactor Facility through planning and scheduling.
• Perform resource management, budgeting, cost control and performance measurement.
• Manage change control, risk management, and coordination of project teams.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and support portfolio management.
• Develop procedures and guides, and manage SharePoint sites and project data in business systems.
