Job summary

Jamestown is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join the Development and Construction group in the San Francisco Bay Area on a hybrid schedule. The role reports to the West Coast Director of Development and supports the management of service agreements, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and action items for client-focused projects.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of project management, operations or consulting experience, familiarity with real estate processes, and strong

Qualifications

  • Strong, proactive project management skills.
  • Strong market research skills, experience with Costar and other real estate research tools a plus.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Google equivalents.
  • Underwriting, entitlements, and housing and economic development policy.

Responsibilities

  • Support real estate executives in executing master planning, entitlement and real estate transaction objectives
  • Develop and implement process management and improvement
  • Manage internal and external meetings including scheduling, agendas, minutes and action items
  • Create and maintain project management trackers and dashboards
  • Draft and present information clearly to stakeholders in deck and memo formats, including developing formats and graphics from scratch
  • Develop executive-level communications and strategy materials
  • Compile and distribute relevant publication, articles and market information
  • Work in collaboration with the team on each project
  • Conduct and synthesize market research on topics such as product types and rent and sales comps
  • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and other as required for the job

Minimum Qualifications Required
  • We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our Development team. This role is ideal for a highly capable and organized professional with 2-5 years of experience in a project management, operations and/or consulting.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
