Qualifications

• Previous management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of installation practices and building codes.
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, coworkers, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple installation projects across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions.
• Schedule and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, technicians, and office staff to ensure project success.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and regional codes.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Train, mentor, and supervise installation personnel.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and expectations clearly to the team.
