Qualifications

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing and electric installation projects; manage materials and staff.
• Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers and technicians per code requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Apply general industry standards knowledge.
• Provide strong customer service and calm handling of complaints.
• Demonstrate supervisory and computer skills.
• Work week: 8–10 hours, Mon–Fri with rotating weekends.
