National Church Residences seeks a Project Leader, Originations, to drive affordable housing opportunities within their region. You will source deals, underwrite financials, negotiate P&S terms, and marshal financing and consultants to close transactions.

You will manage senior housing development opportunities, build relationships with housing agencies, and guide entitlement processes while maintaining compliance and timely milestones. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in multifamily or affordable housing.
• Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue and submit tax credit, bond, and lender applications to develop affordable housing communities.
• Close multiple tax credit transactions per year.
• Prepare preliminary financial underwriting for potential new construction projects, renovations or acquisitions.
• Lead community stakeholder outreach and zoning/entitlement processes.
• Coordinate third-party consultants and ensure timely project milestones and reports.
