Sign-On Bonus This position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in three installments over your first year of employment at the 3‑month, 6‑month, and 12‑month employment milestones. Each installment is contingent upon active employment and being in good standing with the company at the time of payment. Sign‑on bonus payments are treated as taxable income and subject to applicable withholdings. Overtime is available.
The Project Lead – Structured Cabling acts as the on‑site coordinator and supervisor of several Crew Leads – Structured Cabling for voice and data installation projects, ensuring job completion meets company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining staff efficiency.
