Job summary

JT4, LLC in Edwards, CA is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead small to medium‑scale projects supporting DoD and JT4 programs. You will assist PMs, prioritize work, manage documentation, budgets, and scheduling, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with procedures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to obtain a government security clearance, a valid driver’s license, U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience (8+ years) in technical programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualify for and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project/Program Managers with daily conduct of large project activities.
• Make priority determinations and manage documentation.
• Maintain the project portfolio and track budget.
• Manage project risk and re‑plan as needed.
• Provide status updates through reviews and archive lessons learned.
• Administer Work Management System activities using scheduling tools.
• Follow processes to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Recruit and hire appropriate technical personnel when required.
