Triad Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Landscape Architect to take increasing responsibility in managing projects and applying landscape architecture techniques.

You will contribute to profitability, invoicing, and business development while collaborating with clients, contractors and team members. The ideal candidate holds a Landscape Architecture degree, a state license, and at least 3 years of professional experience, with strong reading, writing, math and computer skills, plus the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• Licensed Landscape Architect by appropriate authority required.
• 3 years of applicable professional experience required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Advanced reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate with the public.
• Available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always prioritized.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work with clients, contractors and project team members.
• Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications.
• Possess the ability to take a project from concept to final completion with occasional supervision.
• Assist or advise personnel with final design and construction documents.
• Monitor project budget and schedule, understanding basic financial terms and concepts of profitability.
• Participate in business development and customer service.
