Triad Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Landscape Architect to manage projects from concept through final construction. You will apply landscape architecture techniques, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure project profitability and timely invoicing.

The role emphasizes safety, design adaptability, and client service within a growing ESOP-owned firm. The ideal candidate holds a Landscape Architecture degree, licensure, and at least 3 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess advanced reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Must be comfortable communicating with the public.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always prioritized
• Plan, schedule and coordinate detailed phases with clients, contractors and project team members
• Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications
• Take a project from concept to final completion with occasional supervision
• Assist or advise personnel with final design and construction documents
• Monitor project budget and schedule, understanding profitability concepts
• Participate in business development and customer service
