Currently, we are accepting resumes for a talented Project Interior Designer to join our team. The Project Interior Designer will collaborate with a Project Architect to develop interior design aspects of projects. This role offers opportunities for growth within the firm and thrives in an innovative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial architectural field, including full project cycle experience. Experience in educational facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project team to produce design, construction documents, and specifications
• Assist in quality assurance of interior architecture elements
• Coordinate with clients and team members to develop interior design solutions
• Prepare schematic and design development presentation materials
• Collaborate on a variety of project types and sizes in a team environment
• Participate in client presentations and represent Huckabee
• Coordinate bidding and construction administration processes
• Assist in BIM development on projects
• Mentor and lead junior interior designers, including Interior Designer Associates

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360, Office 365
• Preferred experience with AutoDesk FormIt
• Working knowledge of interior finish detailing and application
