Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our web-based software solutions for clients across various industries, including legal, business, and government sectors.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure software solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems. This is a fully remote position, with most client interactions conducted via screen sharing and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of web-based software solutions for new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Configure software to meet client-specific needs and workflows.

• Review and map SQL databases and other data sources to support data migration and integration.

• Conduct training sessions for both administrative and end users, in one-on-one and group settings, to ensure successful adoption of the software.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.

• Document implementation processes, configurations, and client requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience implementing web-based software solutions.

• Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with data mapping and migration.

• Familiarity with legal, business, or government environments is a strong plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with screen sharing tools and remote collaboration platforms.

• Comfortable delivering training sessions to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Knowledge of data integration tools or ETL processes.

• Background in customer success, technical support, or training.
