Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TPM or lean manufacturing.

• MSE process integration in design and documentation support.
• Strategic planning and mentoring on projects.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Site readiness alignment with milestones.
• Handover and signoff with thorough documentation.
• Technical commissioning and risk-aware resource management.
• Drive project delivery to meet defined KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sites and functions.
