Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in South Carolina seeks a Project HSE Manager to advance health and safety across the project team. You will lead safety walks, orient workers to site hazards, and drive environmental and safety plans to ensure compliance.

This role supports a three-step progression (Step I, Step II, Sr.) with increasing responsibility, reporting within the HS&E team and coordinating with project leadership on risk control, training, and incident response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Certifications such as STSC/CHST/ASP/CSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitate the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
