Job summary

Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport is seeking a Project Houseperson to shampoo and extract carpets, clean grout, windows, and furniture. The role requires good communication and organization, and the ability to work independently while lifting heavy items on a regular basis.

You will support special hotel projects to keep the property clean, safe, and well‑maintained, using cleaning machines such as extractors and bonnets as part of daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning machines: Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, Wide Area Vacuum.
• Support for special projects including floor cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and other maintenance‑related tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the following cleaning machines: Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, Wide Area Vacuum.
• Responsible for supporting special projects throughout the hotel, including floor cleaning, pressure washing, deep cleaning, and other maintenance‑related tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
