Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Project Houseman to uphold cleanliness and service quality across public areas and guest rooms.

The role involves identifying and reporting maintenance issues, assisting with guest requests, moving furniture, and supporting remodels. You will operate cleaning equipment and maintain supplies, with shifts covered as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/push 75 lbs without restrictions.
• Organizational ability to accomplish all tasks assigned.
• Must adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must adhere to grooming standards: no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Post caution signs and contact departments for urgent repairs.
• Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms.
• Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain supplies.
• Deep clean carpets, walls, ceilings, drapery, and furniture.
• Move furniture, supplies, equipment as needed.
• Assist management during remodel or upgrade projects.
• Cover shifts as a houseman when required.
• Operate equipment: shampoo machine, floor machines, steam machine, pallet jack, extractor.
• Complete other assignments as assigned by management.
