• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized condition.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations set by the department.
