Responsabilités

• Transport linens, towels, and amenities to and from guest rooms.
• Replenish supplies in rooms and public areas.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and public spaces.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with moving furniture and heavy lifting as needed.
• Clean and maintain designated public areas (hallways, lobbies, stairwells).
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

Job Summary

The Houseman-Day Shift is responsible for providing support to the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas meet Atlantis Casino Resort Spa's high standards. This role involves physical tasks and requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport clean and soiled linens, towels, and amenities to and from guest rooms and linen closets.
• Replenish guest room supplies as needed, including toiletries, paper products, and beverages.
• Remove trash and soiled items from guest rooms and public areas.
• Deliver guest requests, such as extra pillows, blankets, or amenities, in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist housekeepers with moving furniture, turning mattresses, or other heavy lifting tasks.
• Clean and maintain designated public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and work carts.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and requests professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by housekeeping management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Housekeeping experience
• It is expected the Houseman clean so that it meets the standards of cleanliness established at Atlantis.
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors***
