Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide fun, play-based ABA therapy to children in the Tinley Park area during weekday evenings and Saturdays. You will work with BCBA supervisors, collect behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, independence during sessions, and a collaborative, kid-centered approach to progress each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with BACB required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients per BCBA programming.
• Collect and record client behavioral data; complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback and guidance.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families to ensure engaging sessions.
