Job summary

ARM Group LLC in West Chester, PA is seeking a Project Geologist II to join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists and environmental professionals supporting landfills and solid waste facilities in Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.

In this role you will advance technical work, project management, regulatory coordination and client relationships, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead field investigations across PA and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field.
• 7+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong technical writing and data evaluation skills.
• Experience with regulatory submittals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of landfill permit applications, modifications, renewals, and regulatory submittals.
• Plan, manage, and perform hydrogeologic investigations at landfills and solid waste facilities.
• Evaluate groundwater flow, quality, and geologic conditions.
• Manage groundwater monitoring programs and analyze data.
• Design and oversee monitoring well installation and related field work.
• Prepare technical reports, permit documents, and proposals.
• Coordinate with PADEP and other regulators.
• Communicate with clients, labs, contractors, and project team members.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in field activities.
