Job summary

Great Place Construction in Sioux Falls is seeking a Project Foreman to supervise field crews, coordinate materials and manpower on site, and ensure safety and quality on construction projects. You will lead, train and support team members while aligning with project requirements and schedules.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience with a year in a leadership position, and you must read project documents relevant to your specialty and maintain a basic proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your specialty.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.
• Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results
• Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise
• Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule
• Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower
• Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
• Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc
