Family owned company serving the Greater Milwaukee area seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician.

*Qualified Project Foreman to receive $52.50 an hour plus benefits and a company vehicle.

*Qualified WI Licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians may qualify for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00 per terms and conditions.

Job Status: Full Time

Reports to: Project Manager / General Field Superintendent

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions

1. Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
2. Works independently without direct supervision.
3. Installs conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
4. Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
5. Cleans and maintains the job site, tools, and vehicles.
6. Follows workplace safety procedures consistently.
7. Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
8. Identifies, reports, or corrects unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents promptly.
9. Works effectively as a team member.
10. Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.

Computer Skills

General computer skills are preferred.

Certificates and Licenses

• Must possess one of the following licenses:
• Wisconsin Master Electrician License
• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License

Training

Current First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10-Hour trainings are required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs during work.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to cold, heat, sunlight, dirt, electrical hazards, and heights.
