Qualifications

• Execute day-to-day purchasing activities in support of project schedules and material requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm orders and delivery dates
• Support commercial negotiations within defined authority limits
• Maintain procurement documentation to support audits and closeout processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and maintain purchase orders and change orders
• Track supplier performance against schedule and delivery commitments
• Resolve delivery, invoice, and compliance issues with Quality, Project, and Procurement teams
• Input and maintain procurement data in the ERP system and support spend reporting
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Construction, Engineering, Sourcing and Finance for alignment and continuous improvement
