Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Project Business Manager (PBM) to supervise and coordinate activities at project sites, covering financials, cost control, procurement, in-processing, document control, scheduling and subcontracts.

The PBM acts with tact, confidentiality and leadership to drive client satisfaction and strong project performance. The role requires ensuring safe, efficient operations, managing change orders and contract commitments, and reviewing cost reports

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cost accounting/reporting systems.
• Experience managing client change orders and contracts.
• Ability to supervise subcontracting and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, effective and efficient operation of the project unit.
• Manage change orders and pricing decisions.
• Review contracts and understand contractual commitments.
• Monitor project finances and manage cash flow.
• Oversee invoicing, subcontracting, and procurement.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve goals.
• Travel to project sites and offices across North America as required.
