Job summary

Ellement Group in the United States is seeking a Project Finance Manager, Renewable Energy, to drive capital raises and financing strategy for a growing portfolio of solar and storage projects. The role partners with internal teams and external providers to move transactions from diligence to closing.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on renewable energy or infrastructure finance experience, advanced financial modelling, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant project finance experience in power, renewables, infrastructure, lending, tax equity, or investment advisory.
• Experience building and reviewing complex project finance models; strong modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of renewable energy project finance transactions, including debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, structured equity, and corporate financings
• Lead financial modelling, valuation, diligence, and transaction analysis for renewable energy projects
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across commercial, development, legal, tax, accounting, and operations teams
• Prepare materials for investment committee and board approvals, including transaction updates, recommendations, and risk assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, counsel, and other financing partners
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team

The Role:

The Mission:

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with renewable energy or infrastructure finance, strong financial modeling skills, and an ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
