Job summary

Foss & Co. in Denver seeks Project Finance Analysts and Associates with 1–4 years of experience to join a vibrant, sustainability-focused team. You’ll model project finance transactions and collaborate across IB/PE or renewable development backgrounds.

The role is hybrid: in-person three days per week, with heavier periods requiring up to five days. This is a chance to contribute to a national platform from Denver.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of project finance experience or equivalent.
• Strong modeling skills with financial statement analysis.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or renewable development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts and associates on transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models for project finance.
• Collaborate with the Denver team and cross-functional partners.
