Job summary

The Carroll Adams Group in Orlando is seeking a Project Accountant to manage the full accounting lifecycle for assigned projects. The successful candidate will develop cash flow forecasts, prepare client invoices, and process payments while ensuring financial accuracy across multiple projects.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience in project billing and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical, alongside proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project billing and accounts receivable, including hands-on collections.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project-level cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices for goods and services.
• Monitor aging receivables and conduct collections outreach.
• Review project Profit & Loss statements regularly.
