Job summary

You will assist the project finance team with billing compliance, cost coding, expense processing, and generating internal financial reports, while building relationships with project teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Experience with project accounting or invoicing is a plus.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project financial data in the project management system and ensure alignment with client contracts and change orders.
• Code project costs to appropriate accounts and track vendor invoices and subconsultant payments.
• Assist in reviewing and approving project invoices and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
