Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is partnering with a Denver, Colorado law firm to recruit a Project Finance Associate with 2-3 years of sponsor-side project finance experience. The candidate will manage closings, draft credit and security documents, and lead due diligence for large energy projects.

The role offers leadership opportunities as part of a growing practice and requires JD and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project finance at a top-tier law firm.
• Familiarity with ISDA, EEI, and similar documentation.
• Experience with tax equity financings and other renewable energy financings.

Responsibilities

• Manage closings for project finance and acquisition finance transactions.
• Draft and review credit, cash waterfall, and security documentation.
• Conduct due diligence for large renewable and conventional power projects.
• Prepare bid and commitment papers for infrastructure and energy projects.
