Job summary

Truist Financial in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Finance professional to assist with origination, structuring and execution of lease, partnership and loan transactions, coordinating with PF Originations and Structuring teams.

The role collaborates with Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and enhance client experience. Base salary is $100,000–$105,000; Regular or Temporary: Regular; English required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution
• Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials
• Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis
