Job summary

Truist is seeking a Project Finance professional to assist with origination, structuring and execution of lease, partnership and loan transactions within PF Originations and Structuring teams.

You will collaborate with Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience, while developing materials and performing pricing and analysis.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• 1 year of related work experience since graduation

Responsibilities

• Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution
• Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials
• Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis
