Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years in project finance, structured finance, corporate banking, or credit analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, credit underwriting, and cash flow analysis skills.
• Experience with infrastructure, power, energy or renewable energy financing preferred.
• Knowledge of loan structuring, credit agreements, and project finance documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure project finance transactions including debt financing for infrastructure, energy, and renewables.
• Develop and review financial models, cash flow projections, and credit analyses.
• Evaluate transaction risks—financial, operational, regulatory.
• Prepare credit memorandums, investment presentations, and internal approvals.
• Support deal execution, due diligence, documentation, and closings.
• Monitor project finance portfolios and assess credit performance.
• Coordinate with internal credit, risk, legal, compliance, and external advisors.
