Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of experience in a financial role for large projects
• Ability to work US-based working hours
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of project accounting methods
• Working knowledge of project related activities
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Solid time-management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detail
• Preferred system experience: SAP S/4 HANA, Primavera Unifier

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional SAP support including set-up of new projects and resource assignments
• Provide SAP maintenance for project budgets, sales orders and milestone billings
• Support the purchase order process including purchase requisition initiation, processing goods receipts and prepayments, and close coordination with accounts payable and external vendors
• Assist in shipping processes (maintaining commercial invoices and proof of delivery)
• Assist in gathering information to support claims, liquidated damages, change orders, etc.
• Provide ad-hoc reconciliations, reporting and analysis
• Assist in tax assessment process
• Assist in inventory reconciliation

Education

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related experience
