Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. seeks skilled Project Fabricators to join our fabrication team. The role focuses on constructing components from steel and other materials, reading drawings, and using fabrication machinery.

Candidates should have strong construction trades experience, with at least 2 years in steel fabrication and a structural welding certification. We offer year-round work, PTO, holidays, health and 401(k), and opportunities for travel and advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction trades
• Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience
• Structural welding certification required

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components using steel and other materials
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and regulations
• Ensure decks are checked and identified properly
• Maintain equipment utilization as directed
• Communicate issues or shortages to supervisor
• Be a team player and assist others
• Lift and handle heavy items as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and integrity
