Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to fabricate and weld steel parts according to blueprint specifications. You will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms, following detailed blueprints and tolerances.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and experience or training in structural welding, with minimal travel. Proficiency with MIG welding and reading weld symbols is essential for quality results.

Qualifications

Must read blueprints and weld to specifications.
Experience with structural welding and joining metal tube and pipe.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical welding training preferred.

Responsibilities

Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.
Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.
Assemble and weld structures, sub-assemblies and be responsible for filing, burring and welding.
Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Work in a team environment to achieve quality and quantity according to customer needs.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Safely operate all equipment.
Operate and maintain a MIG welder without supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
