K Komfort Heating & Cooling seeks a Project Executive for Wisconsin, based in Grafton with potential remote consideration for qualified WI candidates. You will manage client relations, ensure on-time delivery, and oversee connections from pre-project concept through closeout.

Responsibilities include white-glove client service, reviewing project estimates, and coordinating with our in-house engineering and field teams. This role offers growth in a fast-growing HVAC contractor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Based out of our Grafton, WI office; remote hires based in WI may be considered.
• Supports projects in the Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay metro areas.
• Occasional visits to active construction sites.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Executive - WIto serve as the de facto Wisconsin territory manager for our complex clients. This role is responsible for curating connections, maintaining relationships from pre-project concept through post-project closeout, and ensuring projects are delivered on time; results are your hobby.
