Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality, Safety, & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across our HVAC construction operations.

You will design and implement a company-wide QMS, develop SOPs, lead safety programs, and partner with department leaders to standardize workflows. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality management, operations, safety, or process improvement.
• Experience implementing systems and procedures from scratch.
• Experience with SOP development and process mapping.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards.
• Experience with quality auditing and continuous improvement systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS).

• Create quality inspection processes for field and office operations.
• Develop quality KPIs, scorecards, audits, and reporting systems.

Position Overview

We are seeking aQuality, Safety, & Continuous Improvement Managerto drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, increase efficiency, reduce product and time waste, and enforce accountability across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Design and implement a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop and maintain SOPs across departments

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• Experience in construction, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or ISO systems preferred
