Job summary

The Project Executive will lead and oversee multiple projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the project team. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic client interactions, and upholding company values across all project phases. This management includes, but is not limited to, managing the workload for the team, client management, business development, proposal writing, financial tracking, quality control, coordination services with other groups within the firm and other general duties as listed below. The Project Executive will help set the direction for the group and mentor young project executives and project managers to advance them in their career, as well as network with clients and partners to grow the professional practice of the group within the firm.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProposal draftingOversee research and due diligence effortsMonitor project schedulesLead project budget development and trackingOversee permits and applications managementCoordinate with clients and reviewersSupervise construction observation and reportingOversee training and development for Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other staffLead clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholdersDrive team development, coordination, tracking, and performanceChampion initiatives to exceed client expectationsRepresent the organization and projects in public engagements as neededEmbraces company culture and works hard to foster connectivity among the Veridus TeamModels company culture in and out of the officeAbility to travel regularly between project sites and safely operate a motor vehicle as part of essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
