Job summary

Wainwright Talent Partners seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead mission critical construction programs nationwide. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, align plans with clients, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and at least 8 years of project management experience in mission critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mission critical construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple mission critical construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mission critical technology
• Travel to project sites as needed to oversee and support project teams
