Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to own large-scale data center construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety and profitability while leading senior teams and maintaining key owner, architect and subcontract relationships.

The role demands 12+ years in data center or mission-critical construction, a track record of delivering complex programs at a major GC, and strong leadership and negotiation

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years in construction with data center or mission-critical focus.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects at a major GC.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and senior staff.

Project Executive | Data Center Construction

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

The Role

A Top ENR-ranked national GC is scaling its data center portfolio and needs a PX to own it. You’ll be accountable for delivering large-scale data center projects, from preconstruction to closeout, on schedule, on budget and at a standard clients come back for.
