Mortenson in Minnesota is seeking a Project Executive II for the Solar Group. This role provides overall management for large Solar projects, ensuring successful customer relations and leading the project team.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field and a minimum of 12 years of construction management experience. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including health plans and a 401k program.
Mortenson is currently seeking an Project Executive II for the Solar Group that will provide overall management for large Solar projects, leading the project team and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assist operating group with winning work. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The base pay range for this role is Min: $194,500- Max: 291,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).If applicable:This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills,and experience,with consideration given to internal equity.
