Mortenson is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to partner with the Project Manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance. You will lead, coach, and mentor project team members while overseeing cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of related work, and willingness to travel. Eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan and benefits follow.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
