Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive for a data center construction program in Vernon, TX. This traveling, on-site leadership role directs field teams and coordinates with Owners, designers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of GC experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and a track record on $100M+ datacenter projects, with strong negotiation, contract management and client-relations skills for future

Job Details

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of GC experience.
• Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+) is required
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to escape issues up the chain of command
• Strong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project profitability
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
• Ability to develop client relationships to gain future work
• Ability to recruit and build a project team.
