Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager who is willing to travel to data center sites nationwide while based in Atlanta, GA. This on-site, permanent role requires strong leadership of large MEP scopes and coordination of complex installations.

You’ll oversee schedules, cost reporting, and safety plans on mission-critical projects, with a competitive base salary and bonus structure, relocation or per diem, and comprehensive benefits in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years construction management experience, ideally with data centers.
• Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.
• Experience implementing large, complex safety plans.
• PMP certification preferred.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with: data centers
• Mission-critical or industrial process projects
• Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.
• Experience implementing large, complex safety plans.
• PMP certification preferred.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.
• Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder’s risk, and other insurance programs.
